Animind Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using Animind, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Animind.
2. Animind Service
Animind provides AI-assisted pet card generation, generated card collections, generated character chat, card restyling, local card storage, and one-time consumable treat purchases. Features may change, be limited, be removed, or be unavailable from time to time.
3. Accounts
Animind supports Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, and limited guest access. Paid actions, purchases, persistent treat balances, card generation, restyling, and chat may require a real Apple or Google authenticated account. Guest sessions may be temporary and limited.
4. User Content
You are responsible for photos, text, prompts, messages, names, and other content you submit to Animind. You must not submit content that you do not have rights to use, violates another person's rights, is illegal, abusive, exploitative, harmful, or attempts to bypass security, payment, or rate-limit systems.
5. AI Output
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, misspelled, incomplete, or unsuitable. Animind does not guarantee that generated names, quotes, card text, images, stats, or chat replies will be correct or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing it.
6. Treats and Purchases
Animind uses one-time consumable virtual items called treats. Treats may be used for app features such as card generation, restyling, and chat.
Treats are digital consumable items. They have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, are not transferable, may be deducted when used for app actions, and may be removed if a related purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, or found fraudulent.
Apple App Store and Google Play process payments. Animind does not directly process your payment card.
7. Refunds
Store payment refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. If Apple or Google approves a refund, Animind may remove the corresponding treats or benefits from the account. If an AI generation fails before a valid result is delivered, Animind may avoid spending treats or may refund treats inside the app depending on the failure path.
8. No Subscriptions
Animind currently sells one-time consumable treat packs only. Animind does not currently sell weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions.
9. Local Storage and Backups
Generated cards and chats are primarily stored on your device. You are responsible for exporting, saving, or backing up content where the app provides those options. Deleting the app, clearing app data, switching devices, or losing access to local files may remove cards or chats stored locally.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You must not reverse engineer, attack, overload, scrape, or abuse Animind; attempt to extract API keys, prompts, backend logic, or security tokens; bypass purchase validation, treat deductions, App Check, authentication, rate limits, or fraud controls; use Animind to generate unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content; use automated systems to make excessive requests; or misrepresent AI-generated content where that would be misleading or unlawful.
11. Availability
Animind may be unavailable due to maintenance, platform outages, third-party provider issues, rate limits, AI provider limits, store review, network failure, or other events. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
12. Intellectual Property
Animind, its app design, code, branding, prompts, card templates, systems, and service structure are owned by the operator or its licensors. You retain your rights in photos and content you submit, subject to the license needed for Animind to process content to operate the app, generate cards, generate chat replies, provide support, secure the service, and comply with law and platform requirements.
13. Generated Content Rights
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may save and share generated cards for personal use. Commercial use is not guaranteed and may be limited by rights in uploaded photos, third-party content, AI provider terms, store rules, or applicable law.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, commit fraud, attack the backend, or create legal or security risk.
15. Disclaimers
Animind is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost cards, lost chats, or service interruption.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms as Animind changes. Continued use of Animind after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
